Who we are
Retro Gameforce (retrogameforce.com) is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: support@retrogameforce.com.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record, under Creem's own privacy policy. Creem collects your payment details, name, email address and billing country. We never see or store your card details.
When you open your download page, we retrieve your order from Creem to check that it is paid and to create your download links. We use your email address and order details only to deliver your purchase and to answer support requests.
Emails you send us
The contact form opens your own email program. We receive only what you choose to send, and we keep it for as long as we need it to answer you.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read, and Google AdSense to show advertising. Google may set cookies and process your IP address, device information and approximate location for these purposes. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
Hosting
The site and store run on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@retrogameforce.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
