Independent developer Cyborg Unicorn Pty Ltd has published an unusually large collection of new ZX Spectrum Next games, covering arcade shooting, puzzles, simulations and strategy. The releases include Death Blossom, a space shooter in which rotating the player's ship changes the orientation of the surrounding battlefield, and Bunny Hop, an arcade crossing game involving five rabbits navigating roads and rivers. Card Clash introduces deck-building battles between witches, zombies and cyborgs, while Stock Market challenges players to grow an investment portfolio over twenty-four fictional months. Other projects include SOL Unicorn, a vector-style space shooter, Unicorn Rainbow Attack, a survival game involving magical eggs, and Super Parkour, an endless rooftop-running challenge. Additional releases appearing during the reporting window include Chomp Bot, Crazy Robot, Danmaku, Checkout, Gates of Doom, Cyborg Unicorn Defender, Seoul Mates and K-POP Group Manager. The developer acknowledges extensive AI assistance with programming, graphics, sound and written content. Several projects use NTC BASIC and target enhanced ZX Spectrum Next configurations rather than original 48K machines. Some performance claims are based on emulator testing, with real-hardware compatibility not yet established for every title. The rapid release schedule is noteworthy, but publication alone should not be interpreted as proof of extensive testing or polished production quality. Nevertheless, the projects demonstrate the increasing accessibility of development tools for modern retro-compatible computers. The Spectrum Next community has gained a remarkable number of new downloads. Whether players can find enough hours to investigate them all is an entirely different question.
